A1: You can cancel your order as long as this is done before the item has been dispatched. If you choose to do this we will then issue you with a credit note or enable you to exchange your original item for another. As we hope to do our best at being speedy packers and senders, however, the quicker you cancel the order, the easier the process is. Once your order has been dispatched, the return postage cost will be charged to you, the customer. Please see the Delivery Information page for more details.
A2: When you place an order with us, you will be sent a confirmation email of your purchase. Your Order ID will have been recorded in this email. Use this ID to let us know which order you placed using the Contact Us page and we will get back to you as quickly as we can.
A3: Yes. If you would prefer to make a payment over the phone, please call us on either store numbers on the Contact Us page, and we will take your payment then and there.
A4: Yes. We value you, your rights and your privacy. This is why we use PayPal, a registered and secure online payment company, who are committed to keeping your information safe. Follow this link for some PayPal advice: https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/phishing

You can also be assured that, as Pickles and Poppets, we will not share your information or personal details with anyone else.

A5: We accept all credit and debit card payments. We do not accept American Express.
A6: Predominantly the UK. However, if you live or would like something sent overseas and require a special delivery, please contact us directly using the Contact Us page, and we will see what we can do for you.
A7: Unfortunately, owing to the fact that our credit notes are not currently electronic, you cannot redeem a gift voucher or credit note via our online system.
A8: You are unable to use a discount code on sale items, however you can use a gift voucher or credit note on sale items.
A9: If you email or call us using the Contact Us page details, stating your name, address, contact number and the item you wish to reserve, we can put it to one side for you in the shop for a period of 24 hours before a purchase is required.
A10: Make sure you have entered the correct email address and password and try again. If this still doesn’t work, click the “I’ve forgotten my password” button, and a new password will be sent to your registered email address.
A11: Yes! We not only gift wrap, but we really love to do it! We charge £1.70 per sheet of Belle and Boo paper, or can wrap it for free with some brown, spotty paper! Please call us in store to reserve your purchase, and specify that you would like your item to be wrapped, before paying for it online. And don’t worry - we will remove the price sticker!
A12: At Pickles and Poppets we believe that every purchase made with us should be valued. Joining our loyalty scheme registers you onto our system as one of our loyalty customers. This means that whenever you make a purchase in store or online, as long as you mention your name/tick the loyalty customer box, your purchase will be added onto your tally of total purchases. Once you have spent £150 in store, you will receive a 20% discount on your next purchase*.
A13: We always welcome and enjoy hearing from new people regarding job vacancies. Please feel free to send us a CV via email or, our personal preference, pop into one of our shops, say hello, and drop off a CV in person. Even if we aren’t currently advertising for jobs in the shop windows or on our Facebook page, we do keep a file of CVs and look through them whenever a new job opportunity comes up.
