A1: We accept all Credit and Debit Card payments. We do not accept American Express.
A2: Yes. If you would prefer to make a payment over the phone, please call us on either of the shop numbers, found on the Contact Us page, and we will take your payment then and there.
A3:  Yes. We value you, your rights and your privacy. We promise not to share your information with any third party, or use it in a way that has not been agreed or allowed by yourself. Furthermore, although no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional, generally accepted industry standards. This is why we use Shopify, a registered and secure online American payment company, who are committed to keeping your information safe. For more information visit Shopify’s PCI standards webpage.
A4: Unfortunately, owing to the fact that our vouchers and credit notes are not yet electronic, we are unable to redeem them via our online shop. However, if you call us using either of the numbers on the Contact Us page, and quote your discount code to us, we will be able to use it then and there, and make your chosen purchase over the phone.
A5: You cannot use a discount code on sale items, however, you can use a gift voucher or credit note on sale items.
A6: If you email or call us, using the details on the Contact Us page, stating your name, address, contact number and the item you wish to reserve, we can put it to one side for you for a period of 24 hours before a purchase is required.
A7: At Pickles and Poppets it’s all about our customers. As part of this, we believe that every purchase made should be valued. Joining our Loyalty Scheme registers you onto our online system as one of our Loyalty Customers. This means that whenever you make a purchase in store, or online, as long as you mention your name/tick the loyalty customer box, your purchase will be recorded and added onto your figure of total purchases. Once you have spent £150 on any of our products, you will receive a 20% discount voucher on your next purchase*. Loyalty Customers also receive termly updates from us, regarding new brands and ideas for that season, birthday gifts when a registered child’s birthday comes about, and priority information on all events and competitions. A8: We always welcome and enjoy hearing from people with job enquiries and applications. Please feel free to send us a CV via email or, our personal preference, pop into one of our shops and drop it off in person. Even if we aren’t currently advertising for jobs, we do keep a file of CVs and look through them whenever a new job opportunity comes up.
